LUXURY: THE PLACE YOU CALL HOME
The use of the adjective “Luxury” has become overused as a
descriptive term that has connotations of High Prices and
Slick Design—the Shock of Materialistic Opulence. The term
unveiled images of material things-- new, big, and expensive,
but not necessarily of good value.
This too common usage is not accepted by us as the basis for
presentation of properties we consider candidates for The
Luxury Market which includes Homes, Ranches and Equestrian
Properties. Our business philosophy is not about “Consuming
Conspicuously”. It is all about ensuring Value and
confirming Permanence of Place.
There was a time when excess for the sake of excess was seen
as the epitome of the luxurious; it was all about the Price
Tag. “How much did you pay for your House, your Automobile,
your Clothes, your Artworks, etc.”? This standard of Nuevo-Evaluation
now seems of a distant past where there was foolish
disregard of real value.
Our Properties are all about VALUE OPPORTUNITIES. For us, it
is a matter of evaluating Location, Quality of Design and
Amenities, and Commensurate Pricing. Our Goal is one of
“confirming value” which does not necessarily mean a bargain
price. Our Luxury Properties are expensive but not because
we just put a high price tag over them. Our properties are
to be considered investments of timeless endurance for
future value.
A Great Property has “atmosphere”; it is a sanctuary of
calmness where one can enjoy the simple pleasures which
reflect how one has chosen to live his life.
This is
Luxury: an environment that allows time to appreciate one´s
personal values. It is a place where enormous thought has
gone into every detail; a place you call HOME which is very
different from the world outside it.
