RAYMOND LESLIE
DUGAN
Leslie was originally from a Ranch in Western Kansas,
USA. He continued his education at the University in Kansas,
and then to the University of Colorado for both an MS and a
PhD degree (Public Law and Administration). From that base
he went East to work with the consulting firm Booz, Allen
and Hamilton in Chicago and their offices in New York and
Washington for contractual services with governmental
agencies. After a few years, he was invited to associate
with the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA ) as a
Visiting Faculty member; subsequently, he returned to
private business first to Santa Barbara and then in San
Francisco. He was invited to join a private foundation in
New York City (Scientists and Engineers for Secure Energy)
and again traveled extensively to Washington to consult with
the Office of the first President Bush. After more than 8
years he chose to return to California and became involved
again in the private business sector (mortgage and real
estate). He maintained that interest until moving to Santa
Fe, New Mexico, and San Miguel de Allende in 1995 where he
now resides as a Mexican citizen.
JOHN HARVEY
WILLIAMS
John Harvey Williams was born in Austin, Texas. He
graduated from Saint Stephens Episcopal School in 1974 and
has a BA in Fine Arts from the University of Texas in
Austin. He has lived for 25 years between Mexico City and
San Miguel de Allende where he has founded and sold three
different successfull companies. John has considerable
experience in many aspects of business operation in Mexico
and San Miguel de Allende where he now resides as a Mexican
citizen.
JULIO EDGAR
MENDEZ
Julio was born
in Pachuca, Hidalgo, México. He studied architecture and
environmental design. Has been a graphic designer since 1990
and web designer since 2001. He lived in San Antonio and
Laredo Texas in the 80's. Has been a music producer, sound
engineer, musical instruments distributor and he is a
published and awarded author. Works for San Miguel Luxury
Homes since 2008. He designed the logo and image of the
company.
